Who we are
Three different perspectives
We are Alexandre Gangji, Pedro Correa and Jean-Louis Pire.
We could say that everything opposes us: our backgrounds, our opinions, our visions of the world…
However, beyond our differences, one conviction unites us: the urgent need to put people at the heart of business, and leadership in particular.

Alexandre Gangji is an atypical, passionate entrepreneur, consultant and leader. He has over 25 years’ experience in transforming organisations, both in Belgium and internationally. He has worked for a number of international consultancies and has founded and helped to develop several companies. He is currently CEO of Leyton Benelux and Leyton Deutschland, and is regularly invited as a guest speaker to share his experience of human-centered leadership.

Pedro Correa is a PhD in Applied Science, author, columnist, lecturer and independent researcher on the human upheavals at work in the current era of transition. The video of his commencement speech to the engineers of UCLouvain has been viewed 20 million times. Since then, the popularity of his conferences has earned him a place among the 50 most influential Belgian accounts on LinkedIn. He is a lecturer at HEC-Liège in the MBA and Certificate in Leadership programmes, as well as in the Masterclass on Burn-Out at the BAO coaching school.

Jean-Louis Pire has been active in the world of organisational change for over 35 years, both as an executive in the institutions he has worked for and as a partner in an international consultancy specialising in change management. He is now a lecturer in leadership at HEC-ULiege.
A shared project
Our life paths have brought us together around a common project. During our professional collaborations, it became clear that, despite the different ways we were expressing it, we shared the same vision on the needs for today’s businesses. This collaboration over the last 5 years has led us to develop the Catalyst project.
In an increasingly polarised and complex world, we are convinced that our different approaches, philosophies and profiles highlight the different facets of the new HR challenges.
This has led us to a certainty: our different perspectives can provide companies with some of the answers they need in order to initiate the change they need.
