He has over 25 years&#8217; experience in transforming organisations, both in Belgium and internationally. He has worked for a number of international consultancies and has founded and helped to develop several companies. The video of his commencement speech to the engineers of UCLouvain has been viewed 20 million times. Since then, the popularity of his conferences has earned him a place among the 50 most influential Belgian accounts on LinkedIn.
